We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original product. Once the return is approved, you can place a new purchase separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
